He is professor of surgery at the Hospital Européen Georges Pompidou (HEGP) belonging to the Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP), Head of the Metabolic and Obesity Department of the Service de Chirurgie Générale, Digestive et Oncology.
